Splashup, formerly Fauxto, is a great alternative to using Photoshop. Especially since it's free, and it's on the web. Although it doesn't do everything Photoshop can, for a novice photo user, or someone with only access to the web, it's a great alternative.

Isaac Hayes Found Dead
